Plamen Art Foundation is a platform for art, cultural development, and neighborhood transformation. Our projects support artists and strengthen communities by providing free arts programming, creating new cultural amenities, and developing affordable studio and live-work space.


We believe that the arts and culture sector has necessary tools, knowledge, and skills that can be deployed in partnership with the community planning and development sectors to improve community outcomes.
